I have been a full time home inspector since 1995 and have inspected
all kinds of homes from custom built million dollar homes, historical
homes to starter homes. I have the experience and knowledge to do the
job.
Not only is every home different but every client is different as
well. My goal is to inform and educate my clients about the inspected
property with the level of detail that is expected and with language
they can understand.
A home inspection is just another step in what can be a very
exciting time. I pride myself on my ability to work with Realtors,
contractors, buyers and sellers to make the process as smooth as
possible for everyone involved.
